Lotte Pinoy is een Vlaamse actrice die zowel in theater- als in televisieproducties is te zien. Ze speelt sinds 1994 in theaterproducties en heeft ook met verschillende gezelschappen opgetreden. Ze is de dochter van actrice Marijke Pinoy.
